Do you suffer from back pain, sciatica, or neck pain related to a bulging, herniated, and/or degenerated spinal disc?

If so, you probably have a lot of questions, concerns, and perhaps fears about what's wrong and what to do about it.

So before I go any further, I want to assure you that despite anything you may have read or been told to this point,
your chances for being able to resume a healthy active life are actually quite good.  So relax, take a deep breath, and know that this challenge can be overcome.

I also want to assure you that I will do everything I can to make sure you get the answers you need and find out what you need to do to have the absolute best chance of recovery.

If you've been in pain for any length of time at all, I'm sure you've read and/or been told all sorts of things about your problem.

If you've done any research at all on the internet about your problem, you may be more confused than ever.  In a recent search I did using the term "sciatica" on Google, just in the first page of results alone I found quite a bit of conflicting information.

That's largely because despite the confident claims of those providing the information that they have THE answer, the reality is that every case is different and what is true in one case may not be true in another.

No doubt you've run across many websites that offer a remarkable "cure" for disc problems, sciatica, etc..  They all look very impressive, have lots of testimonials, and have very convincing sales copy - all designed to sell you a fix for your problem for a "low price".  You want to believe them, but can you really trust them?

If you've talked to more than one doctor or health care provider about your problem, you may have been given conflicting information, much of which was in "doctor-ese", so you may not have really understood much of what you were told anyway.

And if you've talked to family members, friends, co-workers, etc. about your problem, you've probably heard all sorts of scary stories, conflicting advice, and have been left with even more doubts, fears, and confusion.

So now you're here at my website, scared, confused, in pain, and still hoping to find some definite answers.  You may be thinking this is just another website that's going to try to sell you something when you don't even know what it is that you need or want.

Before you purchase anything - from me or anyone else - I recommend that you review all of the FREE information available on this website, and use the simple self-treatment methods presented here.

Once you've taken advantage of the free resources on this site, if you need additional help, there are additional resources you can purchase here and elsewhere (see my product review section) once you have a better understanding of your problem and have a better idea of what you actually need and want.

So, what's here?

First and foremost, there's the trial version of my e-book, "Dr. Best's Disc Pain Handbook".  This version of my E-book is the simplified version with a full explanation of disc problems (what they are, what causes them, etc.), plus very simple techniques you can apply right now to begin easing your pain and other symptoms.  You can download the PDF file of it to your computer for offline use by clicking Here.

The other option is you can read the trial version of "Dr. Best's Disc Pain Handbook" right here on the website without downloading - which probably comes as good news to those of you who are working on a borrowed computer or using a dial-up internet connection.  You'll find the Table of Contents and links to the individual chapters by clicking Here.

Another one of my gifts to you, is "Dr. Best's Reviews", a section where I review the other most popular commercial websites regarding products and information for people with disc problems, back pain, sciatica, etc..

In "Dr. Best's Reviews", I'll explain the premise of each of the popular disc pain websites and give you my review of whether the product or service presented is good, bad, or indifferent, based on my 15+ years of clinical experience as a disc pain specialist, as well as based on established principles of human anatomy and physiology, and the current biomedical research.  To access "Dr. Best's Reviews", click Here.

There is also a selection of articles by myself and others that will provide even more information.  Check back periodically for new articles being posted.  To go to the articles section, click Here.

Finally, if your primary symptom is sciatica, I have a brand new website I just launched that is dedicated to helping you to understand and treat your own sciatica and/or piriformis syndrome. So, If you do have sciatica, I suggest you visit my Sciatica Exercises website.

You may be wondering why I'm giving you so much for free.  What it comes down to is that I'm frustrated with seeing people who, out of desperation because of intense pain, rushed into some drastic treatment option that was totally unnecessary, and ultimately did more harm than good.  I want as many people as possible to have access to good, reliable information about disc problems so they can make informed choices about treatment.

Once you have had a chance to use all of the free resources on this site, as I said before, if you need even more help, I have additional resources available for purchase in the full version of "Dr. Best's Disc Pain Handbook".

The difference between the trial version and the full version of my ebook is that the full version contains advanced self-treatment techniques, additional illustrated exercises, and additional little-known resources for people suffering with disc problems.  But I recommend you use the free resources first, because there's so much information in the full version of the E-book, you might find it a little overwhelming if you haven't first reviewed the free materials.

Most disc pain sufferers will get great results from just the free gifts already discussed.  Those people with more serious problems will need all the help they can get, and for them, the full version of the e-book can be purchased for $47 (USD).

Since people who need the full version of the E-book usually need additional help, if you purchase the full version, you'll also get
access to my new web forum, "Dr. Best's Disc Pain Forum" as a Free bonus.  When you log into the forum, you'll have the opportunity to ask me specific questions you may have about your condition, as well as share experiences and tips with other members.

Also when you purchase the full version of my E-book, I'm going to give you access to me for free personal consultations via e-mail and/or phone - if you want to discuss your condition privately.

Whether or not you wind up purchasing the full version of my E-book, please send me an email to let me know about the benefits you've had from being able to access these resources (please include a statement allowing me to share your comments with others).  There may be someone else out there who is searching for a little hope and your email might be just the thing he or she needs to read.

I'm here to help you even if you never buy anything from me or email me how this information has helped you, but any help you can give me in helping others is greatly appreciated.

At this point, you may be wondering just who I am and what my credentials are.  If so, you can find my information Here.

If you're ready to get started working on a solution to your problem, let's get going...

The first step is to clear up the confusion and help you to understand your problem.  Once you understand what's wrong, and have a basic idea of how your body is put together and how everything works, then it will be much easier to understand the various treatment options.

If you are looking for immediate pain relief, I recommend you begin by clicking Here, otherwise I think the best place to start is with the "Defining Terms" section of the trial version of the e-book to help you understand your condition.  Click Here to go to the  Table of Contents and from there, simply click on the "Defining Terms" chapter to begin.

After that, you can read the rest of the trial version of the ebook if you choose, or you can check out the forum, or the "Dr. Best's Reviews"  or articles sections.  If you have any specific questions for me, you can either post them in the forum, or you can email me and I'll do my best to get back to you within a day or two.

Oh, and one more thing...

When you evaluate information about your problem that you get from other sources, it helps to ask yourself two questions:

1)  Is this source reliable?

and (if the answer to question 1 was a "Yes.", or even "Maybe.")

2)  Does this information apply specifically to MY situation?

A lot of the information you get on the web, from friends, etc., is not very reliable.  I suggest you stick with information that comes from professionals, or at least from people you know who have been through the same types of problems themselves (not someone they heard about second or third-hand).

The second part of the equation is that every case is different.  Just because someone else with the same symptoms found something that worked or didn't work, or made things worse, etc., doesn't mean that will be true for YOU.

The same symptoms can arise from totally different causes.  So, it's important to find out as much as possible about your specific situation and then use that information to decide what the most likely best course of action is.

This website will help you do exactly that.
