Back-Relief-Remedy.org sells a nutrition supplement that contains vitamins and natural anti-inflammatories.  They list bromelain, GABA, glucosamine, boswellia, devil's claw, tumeric, ginger, yucca, boron, vitamin D, and vitamin E as the primary ingredients.  All of these substances are generally considered safe and this combination of ingredients would tend to have good anti-inflammatory effects.

This product may be effective for many disc pain sufferers due to the anti-inflammatory effects, and it is probably much safer for long-term use than anti-inflammatory drugs.  Some of the ingredients do have some mild blood-thinning effects, and for this reason it should not be used by individuals taking prescription blood-thinning drugs like coumadin.  In some individuals this product might cause some mild stomach upset, and as a precaution against this I recommend that it be taken with meals.

It is unlikely that this product will produce any substantial disc healing, but it could certainly be used for temporary symptom relief.
